Costs and Insurance Information
COST:
Sessions last 50-60 minutes and the standard fee for service is $125 per hour.
INSURANCE INFO:
I am currently in-network with CIGNA, UNITED HEALTHCARE/UMR, BC/BS and AETNA
I will accept insurance from other plans, however, I am considered “Out of Network”. I can courtesy bill your insurance. So, your deductible and co-pay will need to be met.
If you have coverage through an HMO, I am only covered through Cigna, United Health Care/UMR, BC/BS and Aetna.
I CAN NOT accept Medicaid or Medicare plan (they require you see a PhD or Licensed clinical social worker LCSW).
PAYMENT METHODS:
I accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal payments and all major credit cards (including FSA and HSA accounts).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, I appreciate 24 hours advanced notification. If you fail to notify me, there will be a cancellation charge up to 100% of the session cost. These (no show) appointments cannot be billed to insurance.
